1) Set up Backup Systems:It is very common for people to lose data because they never backup their data. I help my clients obtain peace of mind: Computer Maintenance & Checkup Media Integrity Check (to make sure the media is secure, if requested) Set up one-click automatic backup system Perform the first backup Modify portable hard disks to be less accident-prone (if requested) Modify computer to be less accident-prone but slower (if requested) Provide some training on how do backup and data maintenance 2) Data Recovery: I have successfully recovered data from notebook hard disks that IBM technicians claim are beyond recovery. You will have to provide me with or buy a new hard disk of the same size or larger than the damaged hard disk may be required to store the recovered data.

For data recovery, clients are to bring another hard drive or buy a new hard disk to store the recovered data. Hard drives delivered to my home for data recovery will cost:

• SGD$200 per disk if full recovery is possible
• SGD$150 per disk if at least 70% of the data can be recovered
• SGD$100 if between 30-70% of the data can be recovered
• SGD$50 if lesser than 30% of the data can be recovered
• No cost if the data recovery attempt is unsuccessful
